Role Description

Integrity Built, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Estimator to join our team in Marion, IL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction estimating and working knowledge of Xactimate.

The Estimator will analyze project requirements, prepare accurate and timely estimates, and support project managers throughout bidding and execution. This position helps ensure projects are priced correctly, documented thoroughly, and aligned with client and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project scopes, plans, and site information to prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Create and manage estimates using Xactimate software
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal team members
  • Ensure estimates align with budgets, timelines, and company standards
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date estimating records

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction estimating, budgeting, or cost analysis
  • Working knowledge of Xactimate (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple estimates simultaneously
  • Proficiency with estimating or project management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required with relevant experience)
